Founded in 1999, Finaventures is a private holding company that builds Business Ecosystem Groups. We combine capital with active involvement at the operational and management levels.
We are not fee-driven investment managers, securities traders, or portfolio bettors.
How we build: Business Ecosystem Groups
- Value-chain strategy. We build each group of wholly-owned companies around a value chain, adding platforms, disruption and intellectual property. The result is one network of interconnected products, services and partnerships.
- Integration over isolation. Value comes from integration, network effects and customer communities. Performance is optimized through margin stacking and cost pooling.
- Proven edge. Ecosystem companies are 10–30% more profitable than standalone companies, in both up and down cycles.
- Two sectors only. Tech Infrastructure and Renewable Energy. Both solve the ever-evolving Last Mile problem, and both have B2B and B2C sides that hold up in any economic environment.
