Rachid Sefrioui's proven experience speaks to helping managers and their teams when:

• they come from different parts of the organization (as a result of a redraft of the org chat)
• they come from different organizations as a result of a merger or an acquisition
• they are spun off and feel unworthy as a result of being detached from their anchor organization

Rachid's speeches motivate each staff member, associate, team leader and manager to find the "New Anchor Within". The New Anchor onto which to rebuild one's professional self-esteem, self-worthiness to the team, and self-relevance of the team in the new organization.
His sessions are a roller-coaster of emotions, both personal and professional, that touch each attendee and relate to the deepest emotional level of the group.
"Anchor Within" sessions last about 2 hours, and involve heavy interaction with the audience. Maximum group size is 50.

Rachid Sefrioui is Managing Director at Finaventures. He is responsible for sourcing investment opportunities and overseeing portfolio investments.
He is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship, venture capital, restructuring and growth equity issues.

He was previously Managing Director of the corporate and investment banking arm of Wafabank/Wafatrust (Credit Agricole Indosuez, Paris).
Prior to joining Wafa, Mr. Sefrioui was Managing Director of Bowco Investment Management, a Los Angeles-based corporate finance & middle market buyout firm.
Prior to joining Bowco, Mr. Sefrioui was with New York-based McKinsey & Company where he specialized in operations restructuring, turnaround and international strategic alliances.

He holds a degree in Operations Research/Management Science from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
